Will we receive all of the compensation awarded?

Yes. Our clients receive the full amount of compensation awarded with no deductions made or fees charged.

Our fees are paid by the insurance company of the person responsible for causing the injury. These fees are in addition to the compensation amounts awarded, and it is for this reason that we have no need to make deductions from compensation amounts.
